C1 hardtop?

Here's a nifty picture courtesy of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) but I never saw that kind of hardtop on a C1. Was it a bolt-on like the one you used to be able to buy for an NA/NB Miata?

it was probably an aftermarket, C1's didn't get hard tops till 56. the 53-55's had no side glass and only soft tops

I believe there was also a concept coupe for the C1.

They did make factory bolt on hardtops, but that particular unit looks to be aftermarket.
